What's included:
Professional Photoshoot: Depending on your needs, we’ll work together to capture everything from product shots to full interior and exterior spaces, as well as portraits or lifestyle branding.
High-Resolution Images: You’ll receive a gallery of professionally edited, high-res photos that you can use for print, digital marketing, or social media. All the images you need to elevate your brand.
Online Gallery for Easy Access: All your final photos will be delivered in an online gallery, so you can view and download them quickly and easily. No hassle, just beautiful images ready to go.
FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Waterloo, WI, and I will travel as long as my schedule will allow. There is a mileage fee for traveling 60 minutes or farther outside my location. The rate is based on the federal mileage reimbursement at the time of booking.
When is Payment due?
A non-refundable deposit of $100-$300 (depending on the package) is due at the time of booking. Full payment is due two weeks prior to the session, unless otherwise discussed.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive a sneak preview within one week of your session. An online gallery link with all your photos takes a maximum of 5 weeks, sometimes less depending on the season. You can download and share all the photos from the gallery.
What is your refund policy?
In the case of inclement weather, camera failure, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents me from shooting on a scheduled date, you will get a full refund of your deposit if reschedule is not possible. No refund will be given if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.
What happens if we need to reschedule our photoshoot?
Life happens! I understand that things come up. If you need to reschedule, please give me at least 48 hours' notice so we can find a new time that works for both of us.
Do you offer extended family sessions?
Yes, I offer extended family sessions. My base session is $450, which includes up to 7 people from one household, a 1-hour session, and 20 edited images. If you’d like to include extended family—like grandparents, cousins, or additional households—there’s an add on cost of $40 per additional adult outside of your immediate family. Larger groups often need a bit more time and result in more photos, so I’m happy to create a custom quote based on your group size. Just let me know who’s coming, and we’ll make a plan that fits your family best!
What if my kids don't cooperate during the shoot?
It’s totally normal for kids to be a little shy or full of energy, and I love working with kiddos of all ages! I keep the session playful and relaxed to capture their authentic smiles and silly moments. If your little one needs a break, we’ll take a pause and pick up where we left off. Honestly, some of the best shots happen when kids are just being themselves!
Can we choose the location for our photoshoot?
Yes! I love doing shoots in locations that are meaningful to you—whether that’s at home, a park, or a favorite spot around town. If you’re not sure where to go, I have a list of great local spots. Just let me know what vibe and style you’re looking for.
